BET Awards: Gerald Levert tribute

What a beautiful tribute to the late Gerald Levert. It's a good thing father Gerald, along with Gladys Knight and Yolanda Adams got to sing before Patti LaBelle came onstage. She just took the song. After a while Yolanda and Gladys didn't even bother to put the microphone to their mouths. They just smiled, shook their heads, as if to say, "you just go ahead, girl." And, Lorrie, I don't think it was her dress (perhaps it what was coming out of the dress -- a little distracting to say the least). Still, she sounded great.
